Bermuda is a warm season, fine textured grass with exceptional drought and heat tolerance. It has a vigorous growth rate and is resilient to heavy foot traffic, making it a preferred grass for sports fields.
Floratam™ is a coarse, vigorous variety of St. Augustine grass that thrives in warmer climates, requiring more than 6 hours of daily sunlight. Its broad leaves create a plush look. Perfect for a sunny lawn, Floratam™ is also the most drought tolerant St. Augustine variety on the market.
Selected for beautiful color and finer texture, Palmetto ™ demonstrates superior shade, cold, frost, heat and drought tolerance. This versatile turf grass is used under a wide range of climate and soil conditions. It will also hold its color longer than other St. Augustine varieties, adding to its desirability. Its semi-dwarf habit and finer texture make it a softer, more comfortable lawn for lounging or barefoot walking.
Seville™ has a beautiful rich, dark-green color and a shorter, narrower leaf blade that give it a distinctive plush appearance. This semi-dwarf variety has excellent horizontal compact growth, which requires less mowing than other sod types. Seville™ also has superior cold tolerance, which means less hassle in the winter months and better color retention, with quicker recovery. Along with surviving the cold with less worry of damage, Seville™ is very tolerant to shade, but still manages to thrive in areas with a lot of sunshine. Seville™ will bring your lawn years of color!
CitraBlue® St. Augustine grass was developed by the University of Florida’s turfgrass breeding program under a sponsored Research Service Agreement with the Turfgrass Producers of Florida, Inc. (TPF). CitraBlue St. Augustine is known for its deep blue-green color and disease resistance. CitraBlue St. Augustine has less vertical growth than most St. Augustines and allows for minimal mowing and maintenance. CitraBlue’s shade tolerance is ranked at the top alongside Palmetto® St. Augustine
Zoysia is a medium to fine textured warm season grass. Zoysia portrays a cool season grass look but has improved heat and drought tolerance. This grass also stands up to foot traffic with a dense layer of fine, soft blades, making it perfect for home entertainment.
